• Make desired selections.
• Click “Next” button.

6: Additional Services

• Make desired selections, if any.
• Click “Next” button.

7: Checkout

• Complete Billing Address fields.
• Complete Additional Information fields (who the arrangement is for).
• Enter credit card information.
• Click “Place Order” button.

8: Order Received

9: Online Arrangement Form

• Complete all fields.

• Read form and complete fields.
